I hope you’ve had the chance to enjoy a restful time this Holiday Season! I trust it’s been an opportunity for some down time, relaxation, re-charging and reflection.
Hopefully many of us are planning to give more attention to self-care and balance in our busy lives in 2017 and part of that may include more mindful, healthy movement.
On that note, I have some great news I would love to share with you!
1. Two new sessions have been added to the timetable on Tuesdays and Thursdays – giving you more options to try one of the small group classes. There is some flexibility in the timing of these new group sessions so I welcome your feedback. 2. Prices will remain the same for the early part of 2017!
3. All new starters during the month of January receive two FREE classes to be used by the end of February!
